By joining the Cups of Consciousness affiliate program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Integrity

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.

• We reserve the right to approve or remove affiliates at any time if their promotional practices do not align with the values of integrity, respect, and spiritual sovereignty.

2. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates are expected to share our offerings authentically and with care.

• No false claims, aggressive tactics, or misleading advertising is permitted.

• Affiliates must not use spam, bots, or unauthorized ads to promote.

3. Commissions & Payments

• You will earn a commission (outlined in your dashboard) for each qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link.

• Payments will be made monthly via PayPal, once a minimum payout threshold is met.

• You are responsible for any taxes or fees incurred through affiliate earnings.

4. Use of Materials

• Graphics, copy, and any promotional assets provided may only be used for the purpose of promoting Cups of Consciousness products.

• You may not alter or misrepresent brand materials.

5. Affiliate Account & Links

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and payout information up to date.

• Affiliate links must be used properly to ensure tracking and commission payout.

6. Termination

• You may remove yourself from the program at any time.

• We may deactivate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the affiliate relationship.

7. Respecting the Energetic Field

• This program exists in service to consciousness, healing, and higher alignment.

• All promotions should be done with the highest intention to serve, not manipulate or exploit.
