Somewhere in here, you may find yourself
You have done everything right, and something still will not settle.
The heat arrives unannouncedA surge that takes the room, the meeting, the moment, without asking you first.
Sleep became negotiableYou cannot get there, or you cannot stay, and 3am has become oddly familiar company.
The fuse got shorterYou snap faster than you used to, and then you sit for a while with how that felt.
A low hum of greyNot quite depression. A flatness that supplements, sleep, and clean eating have not touched.
Anxiety without an objectBackground static that rises for reasons you cannot point at.
And underneath all of itWhat is this next part of my life for, and do I have the energy left to find out?
What is actually happening
The hard part is rarely the change itself. It is having no way to reference it.
So many of us built an identity on capacity. On strength, on beauty, on being the one who could carry it. When the body begins behaving differently and nobody hands you language for what is happening, the mind files it under loss.
And loss does not stay put. It spreads outward until it feels like everything is being taken, until the whole of life starts to look like something ending.
Around fifty-six we move through the Saturn return, a reinvention that sets the tone for the next twenty-eight years. Many women feel it arriving two, three, four years ahead. The power center rises from the second into the third and the heart. A different kind of power. A different kind of fulfillment.
That passage asks for courage. It also asks for tools, and for someone holding the thread while you find your footing. This class is about the tools.
In our two hours together
Practices small enough to use standing at the refrigerator door.
- I
Meeting the surge
What to do in the exact moment the heat begins to rise, including how to move your field so the surge has somewhere to go.
- II
Clearing the static
A practice for anxiety that asks nothing of you. No sitting down, no closing your eyes, no twenty quiet minutes you do not have.
- III
Settling the snap
How to catch reactivity a beat before it lands, and what to do with the charge once you have caught it.
- IV
Lifting the grey
Working with the flatness underneath, the kind that has not answered to anything else you have tried.
- V
Finding your divine line
The foundational practice everything above rests on, and the one that keeps working long after the class ends.
- VI
A sound healing transmission
We close with light language and tone, held for exactly what this passage asks of a woman.

One last invitation
Come as you are. Tired and all.
If any of this landed somewhere real, that is reason enough. Nothing to prepare. Bring yourself, and something warm to drink.
